Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered in 2–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Big cities are often quicker; remote areas can take a little longer. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before it is dispatched — please keep your phone on.
Delivery charges
- Retail orders: Rs 250 flat per order, anywhere in Pakistan.
- FREE delivery on retail orders of Rs 2,500 or more.
- Wholesale / dealer orders: no delivery charge is added at checkout.
The exact delivery charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.
Cash on Delivery
Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives — no card or advance payment needed. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery quick.
Tracking your order
You can check your order status any time on the Track order page, or simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
